Where our methods meet live regulation. Each brief takes a specific rule, framework, or enforcement moment and translates it into plain, actionable terms: what it requires, where it falls short, and how the gap can be closed — read through the lens of admissibility and accountable decision power.
Briefs are written for people who have to act on the rules, not only debate them: regulators, compliance and governance teams, public institutions, and civil-society organisations.
