METHODS & WORKING PAPERS

Methods & Working Papers

These are the instruments the Institute is built to be known for: frameworks and methods, developed carefully and meant to be cited, tested, and used.

Each is offered as a proposed method, not a verdict — a draft to be tested against real cases and real regulation, and to change as it meets them. They belong to our research strand: they make empirical and procedural claims you can check, not forecasts.

If a method survives contact with a sceptical regulator, auditor, or researcher, it earns the right to be used. That is the standard we hold them to, and the standard we invite you to apply.

PublishedAdmissibility: The Decision That Comes Before Safety — the discipline of deciding whether a system should be allowed to act, before it acts, on a record, open to reversal.
